 Bids due on or before March 23, 2018.  Send bid to Pete Richardson, 35640 Woodyard Road, Willards, Md. 

Bid will be a lump sum bid to be paid in the following manner:  10% of Bid due within 3 business days of acceptance, 40% on or before April 6, 2018 and balance to be paid on or before December 1, 2018.

 Successful bidder will be required to have $1,000,000 Liability Insurance and Workman’s Compensation.

 Lease will expire on December 31, 2018 or upon harvest of crop, whichever occurs first.

 The tenant agrees that the lease will expire on December 31, 2018 and landlord will not be required to send notification of termination before July 1, 2018.

The tenant may plant a cover crop, but at the discretion of the landlord may be required to kill the cover crop prior to the next crop year.

In the event the landlord decides to lease the property for the 2019 crop year and the tenant has complied with the terms of the lease, the tenant shall have the right to lease the property for the same rent for the 2019 crop year.

The tenant shall provide the lease.  The terms of the lease must be satisfactory to the landlord.

The tenant must be able to prove credit worthiness by allowing landlord to perform a credit check and a criminal evaluation.
