DESCRIPTION

An exceptional antique & collectible auction with pottery, fine folk art, Americana and 19th C children’s items. **The Somerset County Historical Society is continuing a twenty year process of refining its collection by deaccessioning items at Teackle Mansion, while at the same time raising necessary operating funds to keep the mansion open on a regular basis. The Society board wants to acknowledge the generosity of those individuals who have donated things in the past. The auction proceeds will go directly to the maintenance and operation of Teackle Mansion, where period furniture & cultural objects will be on display & protected.
